About Lulus Local Food
Lulus Local Food is a VA FAIRS program designed to assist small producers sell their farm products at retail prices. Lulus is a cloud based ecommerce solution simplifying online sales, inventory management, financial reporting, reaching new customers and markets, and more.
We’re local food enthusiasts passionate about connecting consumers to local farmers. Our team brings decades of experience in software management, marketing, and local foods.
Lulus Project Manager
Molly brings twenty years of experience in local foods to our program. Harris designed the Lulus Local Food in 2008 with one objective: to assist farmers in increasing sales of local foods. With more than a decade of experience managing an online food hub, Molly provides sales, onboarding and support for Lulus users, along with coordinating farmer workshops and training programs. Harris is involved in many aspects of the local food movement in Virginia, including serving on the executive committee for the Virginia Food System Council. She formerly served on the Virginia Farmers Direct Marketing Association; she was a founding member of the Virginia Farm to School Working Group, a participant in the Richmond City Mayor’s Food Council and was a leader of the Richmond Area Buy Fresh Buy Local Chapter.
